How does the cleanliness score work?
The cleanliness score (0-100) is computed from JAN-PRO Tracker® inspection data. Each cleaning visit generates a score based on our 50-point checklist — covering surfaces, floors, restrooms, trash, and high-touch areas. Scores are updated after every visit and available through the client portal or QR code scan.
Can building occupants see the scores?
Yes. QR codes placed in restrooms, lobbies, and common areas let anyone scan and see the current cleanliness score, when the area was last cleaned, and when the next cleaning is scheduled. Occupants can also submit instant feedback or report issues.
How quickly are reported issues resolved?
Issues reported through the QR feedback system route directly to the assigned franchise owner and Regional Developer. Our average response time is under 2 hours. Resolution status is tracked and visible to the facility manager through the client portal.
Is the data available for compliance audits?
